Relay

1. Remove the relay.
2. Measure the resistance between pins 3 and 5. If the resistance is less than 5 ohms, install a new relay.
3. Connect a jumper wire between relay pin 1 and battery positive terminal.
4. Connect a jumper wire between relay pins 2 and ground.
5. Measure the resistance between pins 3 and 5. If the resistance is greater than 10,000 ohms, INSTALL a new relay.
