Fuel Return Line: Description and Operation

All fuel injected engines use stainless steel or nylon fuel and vapor tubes with a combination of push connect fitting and spring lock couplings.

Spring Lock Coupling
Spring lock couplings are used to connect the fuel tubes to the engine fuel rails.

Push Connect Fitting
Push connect fittings are used at:
- the fuel pump.
- the fuel filter.
- Push connect fitting are serviced as required.
