Battery Saver

NOTE: The battery saver relay does NOT control power to the head lamps.

The remote keyless entry module includes a battery saver relay which supplies power to:
- Convenience lamps (Circuit 705, LG/O).
- Interior lamp (Circuit 53, BK/LB)
- Luggage compartment lamp (Circuit 707, W/Y) when active. When the battery saver relay deactivates, power is removed from these lamps.
- The remote keyless entry module cancels the alarm if the PANIC button is pressed again or if the ignition switch is turned to the RUN or START position.

The battery saver relay:
- Activates any time the remote keyless entry module receives an input signal.
- Deactivates 45 minutes after the last input to the remote keyless entry module.
