Inspection and Verification (Start Testing Here)

1. Verify the customer's concern by operating the headlamps to duplicate the condition.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the following electrical concerns apply:

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Electrical
- Circuitry Open/shorted.
- Connectors damaged.
- Headlamp bulb burned out.
- Damaged headlamp switch.
- Damaged headlamp dimmer switch.
- Open power distribution box HD LPS Fuse (50A)
- Open Fuse junction panel Fuse 5 (15A)

3. If the inspection reveals obvious concern(s) that can be readily identified, service as required.
4. If the concern(s) remain(s) after the inspection, determine the symptom(s) and go to Symptom Chart. Symptom Chart(s)
