1. Verify the customer concern
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

Mechanical
^ Stuck or binding light switch rheostat resistor

Electrical
^ Blown Fuse:
- 15A TAIL
^ Loose or corroded connections
^ Damaged wiring harness
^ Damaged light switch rheostat resistor
^ Damaged TAIL relay
^ Damaged or loose lamp(s)
