Fuel Level Sensor

1. Remove the fuel pump assembly.

Fuel Pump Terminals.:

2. Measure the resistance between terminal "A" and terminal "D" of the fuel pump assembly.





3. Adjust the fuel tank float to the positions shown.
4. If the resistances are not as specified, replace the fuel level sensor. If the fuel level sensor is OK, return to the Pinpoint Test.
