Compressor Shaft Seal Remover/Replacer T92C-19623-BH
DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the clutch hub Allen bolt.
2. Remove the clutch hub.
3. Remove the clutch pulley snap ring.
4. Remove the A/C clutch pulley.
5. Remove the three A/C clutch field coil screws.
6. Disconnect the thermal protection switch electrical connector and remove the A/C clutch field coil.
7. Remove the felt dust seal.
8. Remove the shaft snap ring.
9. Use Compressor Shaft Seal Plate Remover/Replacer T92C-19623-AH to remove the shaft seat.
10. Use Compressor Shaft Seal Remover/Replacer T92C-19623-BH to remove the shaft seal.
11. Remove the six housing cover nuts.
12. Remove the two housing cover Allen bolts.
13. Remove the housing cover.
14. Remove the three oil control valve bolts.
15. Remove the oil control valve.
16. Remove the gasket.
17. Remove the two compression springs and spring stoppers.
18. Remove the thermal protection switch hold-down bracket screw.
19. Remove the tour thermal protection switch housing bolts.
20. Remove the thermal protection switch housing and gasket.
21. Remove the thermal protection switch snap ring.
22. Push the thermal protection switch out of the housing.
23. Remove the two discharge valve stopper bolts.
24. Remove the discharge valve stopper and the discharge valve,
ASSEMBLY
To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
NOTE: Add the proper quantity and type of refrigerant oil to the compressor.
