Measure the distortion of the top surface of the cylinder block in the six directions shown.

Maximum distortion for the cylinder block is 0.1O mm (0.004 inch).

If the cylinder block distortion exceeds specification, grind or replace the cylinder block as necessary.

The cylinder block height should be 133.4-133.6 mm (5.252-5.259 inches).

The maximum grinding allowance for the cylinder block is 0.15 mm (0.0059 inch).
