Diameter

Measure the outer diameter of each piston at a right angle (90 degrees) to the piston pin and 16.5 mm (0.650 inch) below the oil ring groove.

For a standard size piston, the piston's outer diameter should be 84.453-84.485 mm (3.3250-3.3261 inches).

For an oversize piston 0.25 mm (0.010 inch), the piston outer diameter should be 84.703-84.735 mm (3.3348-3.3360 inches).

For an oversize piston 0.50 mm (0.020 inch), the piston outer diameter should be 84.953-84.985 mm (3.3446-3.3458 inches).
