Wiper Pivot: Service and Repair
REMOVAL1. Remove the windshield wiper pivot arm.

2. Remove the seven cowl top vent grille screw covers.
Hood Removed For Clarity:
3. Remove the seven cowl top vent grille screws.
4. Remove the cowl top vent grille.
5. Remove the five cowl top deflector clips and three cowl top deflector screws and the cowl top deflector.
6. Disconnect the windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft from the windshield wiper motor output arm.
7. Remove the four pivot shaft bolts from the pivot shaft brackets.
8. Remove the windshield wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Tighten the pivot shaft bolts to 7-9 Nm (61-87 Lb-In).
