Synchronizer Hub: Service and Repair

DISASSEMBLY
1. Use a pick to remove the synchronizer blocking springs.
2. Slide the synchronizer sleeve from the synchronizer hub.
3. Remove the synchronizer hub inserts from the synchronizer hub.

ASSEMBLY
To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.





NOTE: The first/second synchronizer hub inserts are not interchangeable with the other synchronizers, as shown.
