Torque Converter: Service Precautions

CAUTION: Whenever a transaxle has been disassembled to replace worn or damaged parts or because the valve body sticks from foreign material, the torque converter and oil cooler MUST be cleaned by using the Rotunda Torque Converter/Oil Cooler Cleaner 014-00028 or equivalent. Under NO circumstances should an attempt be made to clean converters by hand agitation with solvent.
