Rear of Vehicle (Front)






REMOVAL
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the spindle through bolt nut and the spindle through bolt.





3. Position a suitable jack under the rear floor cross member.
4. Remove the four rear floor cross member bolts.
5. Lower the rear floor cross member to gain access to the rear suspension arm and bushing (front)-to-rear floor cross member bolt.





6. Remove the crossmember covers.





7. Remove the rear suspension arm and bushing (front)-to-rear floor cross member bolt.
8. Remove the reear suspension arm and bushing (front).

INSTALLATION
To install, reverse the removal procedure noting the following:
^ Check the vehicle alignment.
^ Tighten the spindle through bolt nut to 86-117 Nm (64-86 ft. lbs.).
^ Tighten the rear floor cross member bolts to 36-54 Nm (27-40 ft. lbs.).
^ Tighten the rear suspension arm and bushing (front)-to-rear floor cross member nut to 78-117 Nm (58-86 ft. lbs.).
