Front of Vehicle
REMOVAL
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the front wheel.
Ball Joint Clamp:
3. Remove the ball joint clamp nut and the ball joint clamp bolt.
4. Remove the lower stabilizer bar link nut.
5. Separate the ball joint stud from the front wheel knuckle.
6. Remove the two front suspension lower arm mounting bolt bushing (rear) bolts.
7. Remove the front suspension lower arm mounting bolt bushing (front) bolt.
8. Remove the front suspension lower arm.
INSTALLATION
1. Position the front suspension lower arm against the underbody of the vehicle.
2. Install the front suspension lower arm mounting bolt bushing (rear) bolts. Tighten the front suspension lower arm mounting bolt bushing (rear) bolts to 93-131 Nm (69-96 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the front suspension lower arm mounting bolt bushing (front) bolt. Tighten the front suspension lower arm mounting bolt bushing (front) bolt to 78-106 Nm (58-78 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the ball joint stud into the front wheel knuckle.
5. Install the ball joint clamp bolt and the ball joint clamp nut. Tighten the ball joint clamp nut to 34-57 Nm (25-42 ft. lbs.).
6. Install the lower stabilizer bar link nut. Tighten the lower stabilizer bar link nut to 36-54 Nm (27-40 ft. lbs.).
7. Install the front wheel. Tighten the lug nuts to 88-118 Nm (65-87 ft. lbs.).
8. Lower the vehicle.
