Multifunction Switch

The windshield washer is controlled by the wiper control lever which is an integral part of the multi-function switch. To operate the windshield washer, the ignition switch may be in either the ACC or the ON position. To actuate the washer, pull the wiper control lever in toward the steering wheel. Releasing the wiper control lever will then turn the windshield washer off. The windshield wipers will continue to operate for a few wipes and then will automatically return to the windshield wiper speed setting (OFF, LO, HI, or INT) previously selected. Windshield washer operation is available in all speed settings of windshield wiper operation.
