Brake Light Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the lower steering column shroud.
2. Disconnect the Brake On/Off (BOO) switch electrical connector.
3. Remove the BOO switch by rotating it 90 degrees and pulling it out from the brake pedal.

INSTALLATION
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE: To be sure that the BOO switch is securely installed, push the BOO switch in until it bottoms out against the brake pedal.
