Audible Warning Device Control Module: Description and Operation

Central Processing Unit (CPU)
Two different Central Processing Unit (CPU) assemblies are used. Neither of these units are interchangeable. The CPU that is used on a vehicle is determined by whether the vehicle is equipped with:
- Illuminated entry
- Non illuminated entry system
