TESTING/CLEANING





1. Inspect the fuel injector end cap (covering the fuel injector needle) and washer for signs of dirt and deterioration.
- If necessary, clean the fuel injectors using Rotunda Fuel Injector/Tester Cleaner 1 64-R3750 or equivalent. Follow the tool manufacturer's operating instructions.
2. Lubricate O-ring seals with light grade oil XO-10W30-QSP or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESE-M2C153-E and install on each fuel injector.

NOTE: Never use silicone grease. It will clog the fuel injectors.
