Turn Signals: Description and Operation

The turn signal lever is located on the LH side of the multi-function switch. The hazard flasher switch is located on top of the multi-function switch. The turn signal system and the hazard flasher system use the same indicator flasher.







To operate the turn signals, the ignition switch must be in the ON position. Moving the turn signal lever in the desired position (down for left and up for right) will activate the turn signal lamps. The lever will remain in position without manual effort until the turn is completed. The turn signal will automatically cancel when the steering wheel returns to the straight position.

The turn signal lever also incorporates the flash-to-pass feature.
