Component Tests and General Diagnostics

1. Key OFF.
2. Remove the parking lamp relay.







3. Apply 12 volts to the 1 and 3 terminals at the parking lamp relay.
4. Measure the voltage of the 4 terminal at the parking lamp relay under these conditions:

2 Terminal Voltage On 4 Terminal
Grounded Greater than 10 volts.
Open Less than 1 volt.

5. If the parking lamp relay is OK, return to the pinpoint tests. Pinpoint Tests
6. Otherwise, replace the parking lamp relay.
