Inspection and Verification (Start Testing Here)

1. Verify customer concern by operating the horn.
2. Visually inspect the components of the horn system:

Mechanical
- Damaged horn(s)

Electrical
- Blown fuse: 20A STOP
- Damaged wiring harness
- Loose or corroded connections

3. Check the wiring harness for obvious signs of shorts, opens, bad connections, or damage.
4. If fault is not visually evident, determine the symptom and proceed to the Symptom Chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
