Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify customer concern by operating courtesy lamps.
2. Visually inspect the components of the courtesy lamp system.

Mechanical
- Improperly adjusted door.
- Misaligned liftgate.
- Damaged liftgate latch.

Electrical
- Blown fuse(s):
+ 15 A ROOM.
+ 15 A TAIL.
- Damaged wiring harness
- Loose or corroded connections
- Damaged lamp(s).
- Damaged switch(es).
- Damaged Central Processing Unit (CPU).
