Disassembly and Assembly
DISASSEMBLY1. Push in the lock tabs and remove the instrument cluster main lens from the instrument cluster back plate.
2. Remove the two fuel indicator module plastic cover screws.
3. Flip the lower right corner of the plastic cover up and disconnect the fuel indicator module electrical connector.
4. Remove the fuel indicator module.
5. Remove the 8 miniature bulbs from the instrument cluster back plate by turning the miniature bulbs one-quarter turn counterclockwise and pulling straight out.
6. Remove the 21 instrument cluster printed circuit screws.
7. Remove the instrument cluster printed circuit from the instrument cluster back plate.
8. Remove the oil pressure gauge from the instrument cluster back plate.
9. Remove the fuel gauge from the instrument cluster back plate.
10. Remove the speedometer from the instrument cluster back plate.
11. Press in the two tabs and remove the speedometer printed circuit board.
12. Remove the three tachometer printed circuit board screws.
13. Remove the tachometer printed circuit board.
ASSEMBLY
To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
