LABOR ALLOWANCES

PARTS REQUIREMENTS





Under the "Low Volume Recall Program" (see Attachment IV), the Inspection Kit for each vehicle will be direct shipped to your Parts Manager when the customer contacts the special 1-800 number. DO NOT order parts except for dealer stock units.

If inspection shows that the timing belt tensioner requires replacement (see attachment III), contact the Recall Hotline at 1-800-325-5621 to order the Repair kit.

NOTE:
A loaner vehicle will be provided while the vehicle is out of service if the repair kit needs to be ordered. The repair must be completed when the parts arrive and the customer should pick up the vehicle on the day the repairs are finished. The Recall Hotline will authorize the loaner.

EXCESS STOCK RETURN
Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.
