Diameter

Measure the outer diameter of each piston at a right angle (90 degrees) to the piston pin and 16.5 mm (0.650 inch) below the oil ring groove.

For a standard size piston, the piston's outer diameter should be 82.954-82.974 mm (3.2659-3.2667 inches).

For an oversize piston 0.25 mm (0.010 inch), the piston outer diameter should be 83.204-83.224 mm (3.2757-3.2765 inches).

For an oversize piston 0.50 mm (0.020 inch), the piston outer diameter should be 83.454-83.474 mm (3.2856-3.2864 inches).
