Antenna - Keyless Entry: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the electronic door lock control processor.
2. Cut both the ends off the existing electronic door lock control processor antenna, where they exit the rear lamp wiring and discard the ends.

NOTE: The existing electronic door lock control processor antenna should not be removed. The existing electronic door lock control processor antenna is left in the rear lamp wiring and the new electronic door lock control processor antenna is attached to the rear lamp wiring exterior. Do not cut into the rear lamp wiring to remove the existing electronic door lock control processor antenna.

INSTALLATION







1. Place the new electronic door lock control processor antenna alongside the rear lamp wiring and wire tie it in place at six equally spaced points.
2. Install the electronic door lock control processor.
