Rear

REMOVAL
1. To service the rear anti-lock sensor indicator, the rear axles must be removed. Refer to Transmission and Drivetrain.
2. Using bearing splitter and shop press, remove anti-lock sensor indicator. Use care not to damage axle flange.
3. Discard indicator. Do not reuse the indicator.

INSTALLATION
1. Place Axle bearing/Seal plate and sensing ring replacer onto shop press.
2. Place new rear brake ani-lock sensor indicator onto sensing ring replacer. Flat side of ring should be up.
3. Position axle shaft through anti-lock sensor indicator and installer.
4. Plat a flat piece of steel across axle shaft.
5. Press anti-lock sensor indicator onto the axle shaft until there is 31.75-34.29 mm (1.25-1.35 inch) from the hub face to the top of the anti-lock indicator.
6. Reinstall axle shaft.
