Lubrication, Folding Top Mechanism

CAUTION: Do not lubricate the folding top mechanism as this could result in fabric staining.

With the top in the vertical position, apply Multi-Purpose Grease DOAZ-19584-AA or D7AZ-19584-AA or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESR-M1C159-A and ESB-M1C93-A to areas of folding top hold down clamp. Operate folding top hold down clamp five or six times to work in grease.
