Steering Column Opening Cover and Reinforcement

REMOVAL
1. Remove two screws retaining the bottom of the instrument panel steering column cover to the instrument panel.
2. Pull on instrument panel steering column cover to unsnap the three clips make the top of the instrument panel steering column cover.
3. Remove two screws retaining instrument panel reinforcement to instrument panel and remove instrument panel reinforcement.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse Removal procedure. Tighten screws to 8-10 N.m (71-88 Lb-In).
