With Automatic Transmission

The backup lamp system consists of:
^ Backup lamp bulb in the rear lamp.
^ Transmission Range (TR) sensor.
^ Circuit wiring and circuit protection.
^ Power is supplied to the Transmission Range (TR) sensor through fuse junction panel Fuse 1 (15 A) and Circuit 298 (P/O). This fuse is hot in RUN.
^ With the transmission in REVERSE, the switch closes and power is provided to the backup lamp bulbs through Circuit 140 (BK/PK). Ground is provided to the backup lamp bulbs through Circuit 57 (BK).
