1. Verify the customer concern.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

- Blown fuse(s):
- 10A METER
- 15A METER (wagon only)
- 30A DEFOG
- Circuit
- Damaged DEFOG relay
- Damaged switch
- Damaged heated back window grid
- Interior relay panel
