Daytime Running Lamp Control Unit: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove cover from power distribution box.

WARNING: DAYTIME RUNNING LAMP MODULE GETS VERY HOT DURING OPERATION. BE SURE RELAY HAS COOLED BEFORE HANDLING IT.






3. Pull straight upward on Daytime Running Lamp (DRL) module (located at R1).
4. Remove DRL module.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse Removal procedure.
