Transaxle Side Seals, A/T

REMOVAL
1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove front wheels.
2. Drain transmission fluid, then remove either lefthand or righthand halfshaft and joint.
3. Remove differential oil seals with flat-tip screwdriver.

INSTALLATION
1. Use differential seal replacer T87C-77000-H, or equivalent, to install new seals.
2. Replace halfshaft bearing retainer circlip on end of lefthand halfshaft and joint, then install halfshaft.
3. Install front wheels, then torque wheel nuts to 66-86 ft lb.
4. Lower vehicle, then add fluid as required.
5. Check for leaks and check fluid level.
