Fuel Tank Mounting Straps: Service and Repair

1. Remove the fuel tank from the vehicle.

Fuel Tank Straps:

2. Disconnect the center fuel tank support strap from the vehicle by lifting the looped end of the center fuel tank Support strap from the hooks on the vehicle floorpan.
3. Disconnect both the left and the right fuel tank support straps by lifting the hinged end and sliding the fuel tank support straps from the retainers on the vehicle floorpan.
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
