A4 Check Resistance at Sensor(s)

- Locate and disconnect the brake anti-lock sensor(s) in question.

Testing Sensor:

Measuring Resistance:

- Measure the resistance between the following sensor pins at the connector(s) leading to the brake anti-lock sensor(s) in question:

- Is the resistance reading 1600-2000 ohms?

YES -- Service wire(s) from sensor(s) to anti-lock brake control module.

NO -- Replace brake anti-lock sensor(s).
