Right Side

1. Remove air cleaner outlet tube.
2. Disconnect secondary air injection tube.
3. Remove upper mounting nuts from exhaust manifold.
4. Raise and support vehicle.
5. Remove dual converter Y pipe.
6. Remove lower exhaust manifold mounting nuts, then manifold. Discard gaskets.
7. Reverse procedure to install, noting following:
a. Ensure mating surfaces are clean and free of burrs and gouges.

b. Tighten exhaust manifold bolts to 13-16 ft lb in sequence.
