^ Go to Pinpoint Test JB and perform the ignition system diagnostic procedures. See Powertrain Management/Ignition System/Testing and Inspection.

^ Is the ignition system OK?

YES -- Go to R3. R3 - Check Vacuum Distribution

NO -- Service as necessary.
