Resonator: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Remove the engine air cleaner.

2. Loosen the engine air cleaner tube clamp at the throttle body.

Oil Separator Hose:

3. Remove the oil separator hose from the valve cover.

4. Remove the engine air intake resonator as an assembly.

Intake Air Resonator:

5. Disconnect the engine air intake resonator from the air cleaner to intake manifold tube by removing the screw type engine air cleaner tube clamp.

Chamber Attaching Clip:

6. Unhook the engine air intake resonator from the air cleaner to intake manifold tube.

INSTALLATION

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
