QT3 Check Anti-Lock Brake Indicator

- Turn the ignition key ON without starting the engine.

- Does the anti-lock brake warning indicator illuminate continuously?

YES -- (Indicator illuminated continuously)
Normal operation. Proceed to Quick Test Step QT4. QT4 Check Warning Indicator With Engine Running

NO -- (Indicator not illuminated)
Check anti-lock brake indicator circuit, 15A METER fuse and bulb. Go to Pinpoint Test F1. Pinpoint Tests

NO -- (Indicator flashing)
Verify that Data Link Connector is not jumped (or shorted to ground) between pins "TBS" and "GND".
