Air Control Valve (Thermactor Bypass Valve):

^ Key ON engine RUNNING.

^ Vent the auxiliary vacuum source to zero.

^ Does air flow switch from outlet A to outlet B?

YES -- Return to diagnosis index to address the next possible causal component. If complete, return to diagnosis by symptom. Diagnosis By Symptom

NO -- Replace AIRD valve. Verify drive concern.
