MIL3 - Check MIL Wire For Open

- Key OFF.

- Install Breakout Box (leave PCM disconnected).

- Disconnect the black 14-pin instrument cluster connector:

- Measure the resistance between BOB Test Pin MIL and the MIL terminal at the instrument cluster harness connector.

- Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

Yes -- Go to MIL4. MIL4 - Check MIL Wire For Short

No -- Service the MIL wire for open.
