REMOVAL

1. Remove air intake duct assembly.

2. Remove accelerator cable snap-in nylon bushing from pedal arm.

3. Remove accelerator cable housing from dash panel by removing two screws retaining accelerator cable to dash panel and pushing outward from inside passenger compartment.

4. Remove speed control cable from accelerator cable, if equipped. Unwind cable core wire from pulley and slide cable end fitting out of slot in pulley.

5. Disconnect accelerator cable at throttle body throttle lever by inserting a screwdriver between cable and throttle lever and giving a twist.

6. Remove cable housing to engine mounting bracket retaining screws. Remove cable from bracket slot.

INSTALLATION

To install, reverse removal procedure.
