Oil Pan: Service and Repair
1. Relieve fuel system pressure.2. Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove oil dipstick.
3. Remove accessory drive belts, then timing belt.

4. Raise and support vehicle. Remove low oil sensor retainer clip at sensor, then disconnect electrical connector.
5. Drain crankcase.
6. Remove starter motor, then disconnect Heated Exhaust Gas Oxygen (HEGO) sensor electrical connector.
7. Remove catalyst and pipe assembly.
8. Remove lower engine/flywheel dust cover from converter housing.
9. Remove oil pan and gasket.
10. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:

a. Torque oil pan bolts to 11-17 ft lb in sequence.
