Certain 1994 Model Year Ford Probes - Replacement of Passenger Side Air Bag Module

Affected Vehicles
A small number of early-built 1994 Model Year Ford Probes. Affected units are identified in OASIS.

Reasons For Recall
Some of the affected vehicles were built with a passenger side air bag that may not meet design intent for air bag module mounting integrity if deployed at extremely high temperatures.

To correct this condition the passenger side air bag module will be replaced, and a reinforcement mounting bracket will be installed.
