Cleaning

Throttle Body:

1. Check the throttle body for wear, and deposits.

NOTE: The throttle body is a sludge resistant design and should not be cleaned.

2. Verify that the throttle valve moves smoothly from the fully closed to the fully open position and back.

3. Replace the throttle body if necessary.
