Fuel Tank Mounting Straps: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Remove the fuel tank.

2. Disconnect the center fuel tank support strap from the vehicle by lifting the looped end of the fuel tank support strap from the hooks on the vehicle floorpan.

3. Disconnect both the left and right side fuel tank support straps by lifting the hinged end and sliding the fuel tank support strap from the retainer on the floorpan of the vehicle.

INSTALLATION

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
