QT3 Check Anti-Lock Brake Indicator

- Key ON, start the engine.

- Does the anti-lock brake indicator illuminate for 2 to 4 seconds, then go out?

YES -- (Indicator illuminated continuously) Normal operation. Proceed to quick test step QT4. QT4 Check Warning Indicator With Engine Running

NO -- (Indicator not illuminated) Check anti-lock brake indicator circuit, 15A METER fuse and bulb. Go to pinpoint test G1. Pinpoint Tests

NO -- (Indicator flashing) Verify that Data Link Connector (DLC) is not jumped (or shorted to ground) between pins "TBS" and "GND".

NO -- (Indicator illuminates for 1.5 seconds and goes out before engine is started) Low generator output. Go to quick test QT5. QT5 Perform Super Star II Hookup
