Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect transmission cooler lines using quick disconnect tool T82L-9500-AH, or equivalent, if equipped with automatic transmission.
2. Drain cooling system, then disconnect hoses from radiator.
3. Remove cooling fan and shroud as an assembly.
4. Remove coolant reservoir and bracket.
5. Remove upper radiator support bracket, then radiator.
6. Reverse procedure to install, noting following:
a. Ensure coolant hoses and clamps are properly positioned and tightened.
b. Bleed cooling system and check for leaks.
