Fuel Gauge Sender: Description and Operation

OPERATION
The Fuel Pump Motor supplies fuel under pressure to fuel rail and fuel injectors. Sender is a variable resistor connected to a float in the fuel tank. When fuel is low, resistance is low (22.5 Ohms). When fuel is high, resistance is high (145 Ohms).
