Refrigerant Pressure Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL




1. Disconnect the electrical connector from the A/C cyclic switch.




2. Unscrew the A/C cyclic switch and remove it from the suction accumulator/drier.

INSTALLATION

1. Lubricate the 0-ring on the suction accumulator/drier port with clean refrigerant oil.
2. Screw the A/C cyclic switch onto the suction accumulator/drier until the switch is finger-tight.
3. Connect the electrical connector.
4. Check the A/C cyclic switch mounting location for refrigerant leaks.
5. Check the A/C system for proper operation.
